On March 16-17, 2025, the IEEE ITSS Macau Chapter will host its largest event since its establishment, with an expected attendance of over a hundred participants and 7-10 renowned scholars and experts from around the world delivering keynote speeches.

The event, workshop on “Low-Altitude Space Economy and Ecology Workshop (LaSEE) – Autonomous Intelligence for Autonomous Systems (AI4AS),” will focus on low-altitude transportation, drone logistics, airspace management, and AI integration in autonomous systems, exploring key topics such as policy and regulations, safety management, ecological impact, and AI-driven low-altitude mobility and providing a significant platform for advancing intelligent transportation systems (ITS) research and industry collaboration in Macau.

Additionally, the workshop will be held in conjunction with the “Yuk-Wing Lee Distinguished Lecture Series,” which honors Professor Yuk-Wing Lee, a Macau-born pioneer in control theory and modern communication. The lecture series will feature distinguished experts sharing insights on control theory, commemorating Professor Lee’s contributions to the field.
