We are delighted to invite you to the 2nd International Symposium on the Verification of Autonomous Mobile Systems (VAMS 2025), supported by the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS) France Chapter.
VAMS is an invitation-only event that brings together leading experts from academia, industry, and regulatory bodies to address a critical question: How can we verify and certify autonomous systems operating in open, dynamic environments?
Building on the success of the inaugural edition at Télécom Paris in 2023, this year’s symposium offers a focused, cross-disciplinary forum for exchange, alongside special sessions hosted with the IEEE ITSS Women in Engineering and Young Professionals initiatives.
Why Attend?
Autonomous mobility is advancing fast, but trust, safety, and validation remain open challenges. VAMS 2025 will explore:
- Verification Frameworks – Scalable, formal, and practical approaches
- Standards & Regulation – Toward harmonized assurance methods
- Domain Challenges – Land, sea, air, and space systems
- Toolchains & Testing – Simulation, physical testing, and open platforms
Who Will Be There?
- Developers, operators, and OEMs in land, sea, air, and space
- Simulation and testing tool providers
- Academic and research institutions
- Standards bodies and certification agencies
