Daniel Medina is a senior researcher at the Institute of Communications and Navigation of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He leads the Multi Sensor Systems research group, dedicated to the provision of precise and robust perception and navigation solutions. He received his Masters and PhD from Universidad Carlos III Madrid in 2016 and 2022. His research interests include robust filtering and estimation theory with applications to SLAM and high precision GNSS. He is the elected Chair for the ITSS German Chapter.
