T-ITS Editorial Board Member

Guoyuan Li is a Professor of Ship Intelligence at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. He received his Master from Chongqing University, China, and PhD from University of Hamburg, Germany in 2009 and 2013 respectively. He is author/co-author of 2 books and over 150 papers in the areas of his research interests which include digitalization, modeling and simulation of dynamic systems, and artificial intelligence and optimization algorithms in maritime operation. Dr. Li has received 3 best paper awards and 2 finalist awards at IEEE international conferences. He is the recipient of the Best Paper Award in IEEE Robotics and Automation Magazine in 2024. Dr. Li is a Senior Member of IEEE.
