Bio:
Liang Qi is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Shangong University of Science and Technology. He received the B.S. degree in Information and Computing Science and the M.S. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Tonghi University, Shanghai, China in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, he was a Joint-training Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical And Comuter Engineering, New jersey Institute of Technology and with he Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Rutgers University. He is the authorcoauthor of over 100 papers in journals and conference proceedings (20 in IEEE Transactions).
