Dr. N. Kumar received his M.Tech and Ph.D. from the School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Qualcomm Faculty Award (QFA)-2023 under the Qualcomm 6G University Research India initiative, Google Explore-CSR-2023, a Special Mention from Xerox Research Centre Bangalore, multiple Best Paper Awards, and a Travel Grant Award from IEEE IPDPS. Currently, Dr. Kumar serves as an Associate Professor at IIT Roorkee, India. He has published extensively in top-tier journals and transactions such as IEEE-TITS, IEEE-TVT, IEEE-TGCN, IEEE-TCSS, and Elsevier journals including FGCS, IS, JNCA, and EAAI. He is an active reviewer for leading journals like Nature Communications, IEEE TITS, IEEE TIV, IEEE TVT, IEEE TPDS, IEEE IoT, IEEE TNSM, and IEEE TSC. Dr. Kumar is the principal investigator for numerous projects funded by IIT Roorkee, DST, CSIR, SERB, Qualcomm, Google, Infineon, and others. He holds several patents individually and collaboratively. Additionally, he contributes as a technical program committee member at various conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Cloud Computing, and Cyber-Physical Systems.
