Yi He is a Professor at the Intelligent Transportation System Research Center of Wuhan University of Technology. He received his Masters and PhD from Wuhan University of Technology, China, in 2012 and 2016 respectively. He was also a co-trained Ph.D. student at California PATH, University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2014. In 2017, he worked as a Postdoc in California PATH, University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA. He serves as the vice chairman of the Special Vehicle Branch of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers, as the IEEE Publication Chair of the 3rd-6th International Conference on Transportation Information and Safety (ICTIS) in 2015/2017/2019/2021.
