Zhenning Li (Member, IEEE) is an Assistant Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City and the Departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Computer and Information Science, University of Macau, Macau SAR. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Li has authored over 60 publications in leading journals and conferences in his field. His research primarily focuses on the intersection of connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs) and big data applications in urban transportation systems. He has received several prestigious awards, including the TRB Best Young Researcher Award, the Lyft L5kit Challenge Silver Medal, the CICTP Best Paper Award, among others.
