Alessandro Colombo received the Diplôme d’Ingénieur from ENSTA in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree from Politecnico di Milano in 2009. He was a Post-Doctoral Associate with Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012 and is currently an Associate Professor of Nonlinear Dynamics and Control Theory with the Department of Electronics, Information, and Bioengineering of Politecnico di Milano. He is a senior member of the IEEE. His research interests include the applications of nonlinear dynamics and control theory to human motion analysis, human-machine interaction and behavioral dynamics, among others.
