Ting Bai is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Cornell University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in December 2019, and the B.Sc. degree in Automation from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2013. From 2020 to 2024, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the Division of Decision and Control Systems, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. She is the recipient of the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS) Fellowship in 2025. She has also served as the Publication Co-chair of the 27th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSC) and as the Diversity and Inclusion Co-chair for the 29th IEEE ITSC.
