T-ITS Editorial Board Member

Jing Chen is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Technology at Hangzhou Dianzi University. She received the Ph.D. (2010) and M.Eng. (2007) degrees in Mechanical Design and Theory from Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on vision-based traffic scene understanding and spatiotemporal modeling for intelligent transportation systems, with emphasis on multimodal perception, heterogeneous traffic flow prediction, and graph learning for traffic networks. She is the author/coauthor of 2 books and over 60 papers.
