T-ITS Editorial Board Member

Congzheng Han is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. She received her B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic and communication engineering from the University of Bristol, U.K. She then worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Communication Research, University of Bristol, and as a Spectrum Technology Specialist with Ofcom in London, U.K. She has published more than 100 papers in academic journals and international conferences, contributed to 10 international standards and holds 12 granted patents.
