Li Jin is Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Global College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China. He received his B.Eng. from SJTU in 2011, M.S. from Purdue University, USA in 2012, and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA in 2018. He was Assistant Professor at the Tandon School of Engineering, New York University, USA from 2018 to 2020. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany in 2016. He joined the SJTU Global College (then UMich Joint Institute) in 2021. He is interested in the theory of lightweight reinforcement learning methods with applications to transportation, data, and power networks.
