Yuxiang Sun is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong (CityU). Prior to joining CityU, he was a faculty member at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong (2020 to 2023). He worked as a research associate at the Robotics Institute, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong (2018 to 2020). He received the Ph.D degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2017, the master's degree from University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2012, and the bachelor's degree from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2009.
