Serbia & Montenegro Chapter

The Serbia & Montenegro IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society (ITSS) Chapter is dedicated to advancing intelligent transportation systems (ITS) through local engagement, collaboration and knowledge exchange. The Chapter serves as a forum for professionals, researchers, students, and industry partners to promote technical activities, facilitate professional networking and support the IEEE ITSS mission locally.

Our Chapter organizes technical meetings, workshops, seminars and collaborative projects that bring together academia, industry and government stakeholders. Through these activities, we aim to foster innovation in intelligent transportation technologies, support professional development of our members, and contribute to the growth and visibility of ITS in Serbia and Montenegro.

The Chapter conducts a range of activities designed to engage members and the broader community in ITS topics, including but not limited to:

• Regular technical meetings and expert talks
• Workshops and professional development sessions
• Seminars and panel discussions on ITS challenges and innovations
• Participation in local, regional and international ITS events
• Collaboration with IEEE affinity groups (e.g., WiE, Young Professionals)

Through these activities, the Chapter aims to enhance knowledge exchange, support career advancement, and strengthen the ITS community in Serbia & Montenegro.
