FISTS – IEEE Forum for Innovative Sustainable Transportation Systems
As part of IEEE’s Climate Change Program, the Intelligent Transportation System Society (ITSS) hosts the Forum for Innovative Sustainable Transportation Systems Solutions (FISTS) conference. The goal of FISTS is to bring together world leaders in ITS with a focus on the environment and sustainability. At this conference, presentations and papers cover a variety technological solutions, implementations, and policy across different transportation modes, including on-road vehicles, transit systems, shared mobility, and freight systems. The FISTS program includes topics such as Environmental Impact Assessment of ITS Solutions, Zero-Emission Vehicles and Infrastructure Needs, Battery Management Systems, Connected and Automated Vehicle designed specifically for Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Freight Solutions, Sustainable Marine Solutions, Sustainable Aviation Solutions, Renewable Energy/Fuels for Transportation, Shared Mobility Solutions designed for Environmental Sustainability, ITS Solutions that Reduce Total Vehicle Kilometers Traveled, and Transportation Policies Aimed towards Climate Mitigation and Adaptation.
All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings at IEEE Xplore.
