Albert Y.S. Lam (S?03?M?10?SM?16) received the BEng degree (First Class Honors) in Information Engineering and the PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the University of Hong Kong (HKU), Hong Kong, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. He was a postdoctoral scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences of University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 2010?12. He was a research assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science of Hong Kong Baptist University and EEE of HKU in 2012?15 and 21015?17, respectively. Now he is the Chief Scientist and the Chief Technology Officer at Fano Labs, and an adjunct assistant professor at EEE of HKU. He is a Croucher research fellow. He is a member of IEEE?s Intelligent Transportation Systems Society, Computational Intelligence Society, Communications Society, and Power & Energy Society. He has authored/co-authored more than 70 refereed papers.
