Evangelos I. Kaisar is an Associate Professor & Director at Multimodal Intelligent Transportation Laboratory Systems and Director of Geomatics and Transportation Engineering Program at Florida Atlantic University. He received his Masters and Ph. D from University of Maryland at college park. He is a member of ASCE, ITE, ITS and INORMS. He is the author/co-author of 2 book chapters and over 100 refereed publications.
