Feng Chu is a Professor of Operations Research at the University of Evry Val d'Essonne, France and Co-leader of the Algorithmic, Operations Research, Bioinformatics et Statistical learning group of the Computing, Integrative Biology and Complex Systems Laboratory. She received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China in 1986, her Masters in Automation from Lorraine National Polytechnic Institute, France in 1991, her PhD in Computer Science from the University of Metz, France in 1995 and her Research Advisor Qualification (HDR) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology of Compigne, France in 2006. She is awarded by the French Ministry of Education for her Doctoral Supervision and Research Activities (PEDR) since 2005. She was selected for Foreign Hundred Talents Program of Anhui province in 2013 and is Chair Professor of Huangshan Scholars at Hefei University of Technology since 2013. She is currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS. She is an IPC member for over 40 international conferences. She is the author/coauthor over 150 papers.
