Bio:
Fengzhong Qu is an Associate Professor of Marine Information Science and Engineering at Zhejiang University, China. He received his PhD from University of Florida in 2009 and Masters and BSc degrees from Zhejiang University in 2005 and 2002 respectively. He is a senior member of IEEE and the author/coauthor of a book and over 40 papers.
