Bio:
Hong-Ning Dai is an Associate Professor of Department of Computing and Decision Sciences at Lingnan University, Hong Kong. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008 and a D.Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 2012. He is a senior member of IEEE, a senior member of Association for Computing Machinery, and a senior member of European Alliance for Innovation. He is the author/coauthor of 4 books and over 170 papers including 50+ IEEE/ACM journal papers. His research outcomes have received 8000+ citations. He is a recipient of the IEEE Outstanding Paper Award by IEEE CPSCom 2019 and the Best Paper Award by EAI CloudComp 2020. He is also included in the world’s top 2% scientists. He is also the holder of 1 US patent and 1 Australia Innovation Patent. He is serving as Associate Editors/Editors in IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Access, Ad Hoc Networks (Elsevier), Connection Science (Taylor & Francis), and International Journal of Cognitive Computing in Engineering (Elsevier), and Technical Committee of Computer Communications (Elsevier).
