Bio:
Jeremy Blum is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg. He received his Masters and Doctorate from the George Washington University in 2001 and 2005 respectively and his BA degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990. He is the author/coauthor of 38 papers. His paper ?Challenges of Intervehicle Ad Hoc Networks? received Top 10 Research Papers of the Decade Award from the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems.
