Bio:
Kunfeng Wang is a Professor with the School of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China. He received his B.E. degree from Beihang University (BUAA) in 2003, and his Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from the Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China, in 2008. After that, he joined the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences and became an Associate Professor with The State Key Laboratory for Management and Control of Complex Systems. From December 2015 to January 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar with the School of Interactive Computing, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA. In August 2019, he moved to the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, as a Professor. His research interests include intelligent transportation systems, intelligent vision computing, and machine learning. He has published more than 80 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, including Science Robotics, IEEE T-IP, IEEE T-ITS, and IEEE ITSC. He has received 17 China invention patents and one US patent. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor of IEEE T-ITS.
