Bio:
Liang Qi is an Associate Professor with the College of Computer Science and Engineering in Shandong University of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from Tongji University, Shanghai, China in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, he was a Joint-training Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has published over 120 papers in journals and conference proceedings (20+ in IEEE Transactions).
