Bio:
Nikolaos Bekiaris-Liberis is Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Technical University of Crete, Greece. He received the Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, in 2013. From 2013 to 2014 he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Berkeley and from 2014 to 2017 he was a research associate and adjunct professor at Technical University of Crete, Greece. From 2017 to 2019 he was a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow at Technical University of Crete. He has authoredcoauthored 1 book and about 100 papers. Dr. Bekiaris-Liberis received the Chancellor's Dissertation Medal in Engineering from UC San Diego, in 2014 and is the recipient of a 2016 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship Grant.
