Bio:
Ning Wang (S'08-M'12-SM'15) is a Professor of Marine Engineering at Dalian Maritime University (DMU), China and Director of the Center for Intelligent Marine Vehicles. He received his BSc degree and PhD from DMU, China in 2004 and 2009, respectively, and worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2014-2015. He is the authorcoauthor of 4 books and over 200 papers, and was granted by 2018 International Journal of Fuzzy Systems Annual Best Paper Award. His total citation is more than 5400 times with H-index 44. He was awarded as 2021 Highly Cited Researcher by Clarivate, 2020 Highly Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier, and 2020 and 2021 World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University, respectively. He has been Leading Guest Editors of several prestigious journals including International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, Neurocomputing, etc., and serves as Associate Editors of IEEE Systems Journal, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, IET Electronics Letters, Electronics (MDPI), and Journal of Electrical Engineering and Technology.
