Bio:
Stephen Arhin is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Howard University and the Director of the Howard University Transportation Safety & Research Center. He received his D.Sc. degree from The George Washington University in 2008, Master?s degree from Howard University in 1999 and his BSc degree from the University of Science of Technology in Ghana in 1996. He is a Fellow of ITE and a registered Professional Engineer (PE), a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Research Administrator (CRA). He is the authorcoauthor of several technical reports and journals.
