Xiang Cheng (S?05-M?10-SM?13) received the PhD degree from Heriot-Watt University and the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh, U.K., in 2009, where he received the Postgraduate Research Thesis Prize. He has been with Peking University, Bejing, China, as an Associate Professor since 2012. He has published more than 130 research papers in journals and conference proceedings with more than 1500 citations in Google Scholar. He received several best paper awards for several IEEE International Conference, including the 17th ITSC 2014 (Award rating < 1%). Dr. Cheng is the recipient of the ?2009 Chinese National Award for Outstanding Overseas PhD Student? and the 10th 2015 IEEE Asia Pacific (AP) Outstanding Young Researcher Award. He has served as Symposium Leading-Chair, Co-Chair, and a Member of the Technical Program Committee for several international conferences.
