T-ITS Editorial Board Member

Xiaoqian Sun is an Associate Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering as well as Vice-Dean of the School of General Engineering at Beihang University, Beijing, China. She received a PhD degree from Hamburg University of Technology in 2012 and Master BSc degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2008 and 2005, respectively. She is a Theodore von Kármán fellow of RWTH Aachen University, a fellow of Technical University of Dresden, and a board member of ALICANTO (International Association of Aviation and Aerospace Education). She is the authorcoauthor of 3 books and over 90 papers, many of which appeared in internationally recognized top-level journals, such as, IEEE T-ITS, Transportation Research Part ABCE, Transportation Science, and Computers & Operations Research.
