Xingwang Li is an Associate Professor of Physics and Electronic Information Engineering at Henan Polytechnic University. He received his Masters and PhD from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2010 and 2015 respectively and his BSc degree from Henan Polytechnic University in 2007. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (Committee member of Internet of Vehicles). He was also a Visiting Professor in Queen’s University Belfast from 2017-2018. He is the authorcoauthor of 5 books and over 150 papers (most IEEE). He serves as associateguest editors of IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Access, Computer Communications, Physical Communication, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, etc. He has served as many TPC members or co-chair of many conferences, such as IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, IEEE WCNC, IEEE VTC, IEEEIET CSNDSP, IEEE CAMAD, etc. His research interests span wireless communication, intelligent transport system, artificial intelligence, Internet of things.
