T-ITS Editorial Board Member

Zhengbing He is a Professor and Vice Dean of College of Metropolitan Transportation at Beijing University of Technology.He is an IEEE Senior Member, an Editorial Advisory Board member of Transportation Research Part C, and an Associate Editor of IEEE ITSC. He received the Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, China, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from Tianjin University, China, in 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher and an Assistant Professor with School of Traffic and Transportation, Beijing Jiaotong University, China. He has published more than 90 papers over the past ten years. First-author papers were published in TR-ABC, IEEE TITSTIV, CACAIE, etc.
