Zhu Xiao (M15-SM19) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from Xidian University, China, in 2007 and 2009, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, he was a Research Fellow with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Bedfordshire, U.K. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University, China.He has published over 60 referred journal and conference papers, including publications in IEEE Transactions onIntelligent Transportation Systems (T-ITS), IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), IEEEACM Transactions on Networking (TON), IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (TMC), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement. He has served as a committed reviewer for many high-reputation journals such as T-ITS, TVT, TON, TMC and so on. His research interests include wireless localization and navigation, Internet of Vehicles, intelligent transportation systems, smart city. He is a senior member of the IEEE.
