Yueyue Fan is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of California Davis. She is also a faculty member in the graduate programs of Applied Mathematics, Transportation Technology and Policy at UC Davis. She received her PhD from University of Southern California in 2003, and and her BS and MS degrees from Dalian University of Technologies in 1995 and 1998 respectively. She served as the program director of Civil Infrastructure Systems in the Engineering Directorate and a program director in the new directorate of Technology, Innovation, and Partnership at the National Science Foundation between 2020 to 2023. ………..
