Overview
IEEE ITSS periodically opens calls for proposals to invite teams around the world to host our upcoming flagship and financially sponsored conferences (such as IEEE ITSC, IEEE IV, IEEE FISTS, IEEE ICVES, and others). Hosting a conference is a rewarding way to showcase your institution, highlight your local ecosystem, and contribute to the global ITS community.
Submitting a conference bid is a 2-step process:
- Step 1: Express Interest to Receive Templates
Fill out the Expression of Interest (EOI) form below. Upon submission, you will receive the official Proposal Document Templates: Presentation Deck and Excel Budget Worksheet. - Step 2: Prepare & Submit Full Proposal
Consult the mandatory IEEE ITSS Conferences Operations Manual, complete all template files, and submit your complete bid package prior to the designated deadline using the Submit Full Proposal Bid link.
Expression of Interest (EOI)
Before preparing a full bid, prospective organizers must submit an EOI. This allows the Conferences Committee to log your intent, track regional coverage, and email you the official bidding package (Proposal Templates: Presentation Deck, and Excel Budget Worksheet).
Mandatory Guidelines: All bidding teams must review and adhere to the IEEE ITSS Conferences Operations Manual when preparing their bid and financial budget.

Once you have received your template package and finalized your proposal documents, upload your complete submission package here. Your submission must include:

All full proposal bids must be submitted on or before the posted deadline for your target conference.
