Call for Proposals

IEEE ITSS periodically opens calls for proposals to invite teams around the world to host our upcoming conferences. If your institution or local IEEE chapter is interested in organizing one of our flagship events (such as the ITSC or IV conference) or another financially sponsored ITSS conference, we encourage you to get involved. Hosting a conference is a rewarding way to showcase your region and contribute to the ITS community.

Below, you’ll find an Expression of Interest (EOI) form for prospective organizers. Please fill out this short form to let us know you’re interested in hosting an upcoming conference. The form will ask for the following required information about your proposal:

• Conference series name from the list of conferences open for bids
• Name, email and affiliation of the intended General Chair
• Proposed City, Country
• Proposed Dates
• Short Description or Notes (any additional details about your proposal)

After submitting the EOI form, the IEEE ITSS Conferences Committee will provide guidance on preparing a full proposal and keep you informed about the bidding process.

Bidding Status: Open calls are currently accepting proposals. Closed indicates the submission deadline has passed (host selection in progress or already decided).
